Qualifying members must meet the below production criteria to qualify.

Based on production between 1 Jan 2023 and 31 Dec 2023, expressed in local currency. Production is defined as commission income received. Production excludes basic income, team overriding commissions, deductibles (agency cut & GST). Consistent members will be conferred with the following awards.

Applicants must be registered with CEA as a licensed Salesperson over the assessment period.

Applicants are required to specify the precise agency from which they derived their commissions, providing accurate details down to the specific date.

Verifications will be made with respective agencies, and further verification on income may be requested.

Members of Realtors Round Table should be ever mindful of complete compliance with and observance of the Code of Ethics & Professional Client Care of the Council for Estate Agencies.

Members must not be suspended or revoked at any time within the assessment period. 

Any ongoing investigations must be declared and made known to the committee of Realtors Round Table.

Membership Dues

An annual membership fee of S$288, excluding GST, applies to all members.

FAQs

  • Realtors must achieve a minimum production of S$200,000 within the assessment period, with verifiable proof.

  • The application deadline is 7 June 2024. However, you may apply for membership after this date with the payment of an additional S$150 fee. No applications are accepted after 31 Dec for the previous year.

  • Yes. Membership status is granted for one year only, regardless of status.

  • Production will be computed as the sum of all commissions received from all agencies, within the assessment period.
